Cause Resolution:

Tranfer time refers to the duration in time it takes the UPS to switch from one state (i.e. Onbattery, Online...) to another.

The transfer time of the BK CS and ES units is 10-12 milliseconds.
The transfer time of the BK RS units is 6-8 milliseconds.
