What is the cause of the EF2 fault code on the ATV21 and ATV212 drives?

Troubleshooting tips
- Check the motor ground connections. Make sure the ground is going to the chassis of the drive.
- Remove the motor leads from the drive and Megger with a 1KV Megger to see if there is a short to ground in the motor windings.
