If the load the CM2000 is monitoring loses voltage on any ONE phase, the CM2000 has the ability to alarm on this. The specific alarm is Voltage Loss (Alarm #31), which is an alarm that will become active when any ONE phase drops below the user-defined pickup value. The alarm will NOT become active if all three phases drop below the pickup value.
This specific alarm can be associated with the operation of a relay output on an ION, if installed.
Note: If the meter loses control power, there is no ability to signal the Voltage Loss alarm unless the CM2 Ride-Through Module is installed.
Note: The same applies for subsequent Circuit Monitor models and PM800 series meters. These meters have no ride-through module option.
