Goals and Symptoms
A user has numeric control on their network diagram, and the action is set to open another diagram in the same folder, say map.dgm. All works fine in Vista, but in webreach, clicking on the control opens a blank page, and not the map.dgm.
Causes and Fixes
Reseting the IIS will resolve the problem.
Steps to reset the IIS:
- Open a DOS window
- Type <iisreset> without the brackets
