Issue
In Vijeo Designer, can I access the properties of the Numeric Display object to lock-out or allow  the input mode from scripting?

Resolution
No, there are no scripting methods that will allow you to lock-out or allow  the input mode of the numeric display object.  A work-around would be to use the Security feature and set a Security Level for the numeric display object, or set Visibility on an Rectangle with Invisible Colour drawn on top of the Numeric Display.
