Need to identify the Factory Order, or Quote to Cash number for an enclosed S-Flex drive.

Cause:
To determine warranty status or check the Bill of Materials for spare parts.
Resolution:
One the back of the S-Flex enclosure door of the is the nameplate. On the lower left is a box labeled FO Number/Q2C Code. This should show an 11 digit number (order number). If the box is blank, or shows "Warehouse" the unit was a stock item. For stock/warehouse drives, we would need to check the serial number directly on the drive itself.
