Cause
The "ION_DSD_Reader" SQL user account does not have the correct permissions settings for the databases.
Resolution
*Warning: Irreparable database damage can occur. This procedure should only be performed by users familiar with SQL Server Management Studio. Databases should be backed up prior to performing this procedure.*
1. Open SQL Management Studio. Click on Start> All Programs> Microsoft SQL Server 20xx> SQL Server Management Studio.
2. On the left side of the panel, expand the "Security" folder then, expand the "Logins" folder
3. Right click on 'ionedsd' and click on Properties
4. Click on "User Mapping" then Check and highlight ION_Data, and make sure ION_DSD_Reader and public are checked under Database Role membership
5. Check and highlight ION_Network, and make sure NOM_DSD_Reader and public are checked under Database Role membership
6. Click ok, and open the web application and verify that all meters are showing up
