How does the OFS.exe behave when OFS is running as a Windows service?

Environment
Windows 10 version 1902, OFS v3.62

Resolution
When running as a Windows service the 'Ofs.exe' still runs as a process alongside with the OFService service.  The OFService acts as a OFS COM client.
