Where can I find Diagnostic Data for Present or Past Errors and Warnings in Altivar Process Variable speed drives ATV600, ATV900?

Altivar Process drives, including the Altivar Process ATV630 and Altivar Process ATV930 variable speed drives, automatically collect diagnostic data when a fault or warning occurs.

For advanced troubleshooting, this diagnostic information can be extracted through the drive's embedded Web Server. The attached video demonstrates the procedure for exporting the fault and warning history.

The diagnostic capture includes the drive status and key operating variables recorded not only at the moment the fault or warning occurs, but also at several intervals before the event, including:

  • 5 ms before the event
  • 10 ms before the event
  • 15 ms before the event
  • 20 ms before the event
  • 25 ms before the event
  • 35 ms before the event
  • 40 ms before the event
  • 45 ms before the event
  • 50 ms before the event

This information can be very valuable for root cause analysis because it provides insight into the operating conditions leading up to the fault or warning.

When requesting support, Schneider Electric strongly recommends exporting and sharing this diagnostic file with your Schneider Electric representative or technical support team to help accelerate the investigation.
