Manual changes to a project dbf file aren't showing up after compiling
Issue
Compiled project doesn't see project changes.

Environment
Manual Changes in dbf files.
Cause
By default the Power Scada Expert is set to do incremental compiles and only looks for changes.
Sometimes manual changes aren't able to be detected by the incremental compiler.
Resolution
Turn off the incremental compile and Recompile the project.
To turn off the incremental compile go to the project editor.
Click Tools -> Options
Then uncheck incremental compile and click ok.
Recompile the project and run it.
