If you try to update the OFS software that is installed as part of the Vijeo Citect installation, the update software will
return a pop-up window requesting a part number and serial number.
The reason this occurs is because the update for OFS is a separate stand alone installation which requires a part number and
serial number to install. The only method available for updating the OFS software installed by Vijeo Citect is to update the
Vijeo Citect software.
