Connexium DRS Predefined Switch configuration profile C16
Issue
Connexium DRS (Dual Ring Switch) configuration C16 is a new predefined configuration profile for Ethernet RIO, made available in January 2019.
Configuration Filename: C16_RIOMainRingTx_RIOSubRingFx_DIOCloudsTxV1.3.cfg
Although similar to the C3 DRS predefined configuration profile, the C16 configuration profile uses copper wire ports 5 & 6 for the main ring and fiber ports 1 & 2 for the sub-ring. All other ports remain the same.

The C16 predefined profile is used with Connexium Extended Dual Ring switches:
TCSESM063F2CU1 ConneXium extended dual ring switch that has 2 ports that support multimode fiber.
TCSESM063F2CS1 ConneXium extended dual ring switch that has 2 ports that support singlemode fiber.
