The meaning of parameters SMIL and SMAL is the same as LSP and HSP. SMIL/SMAL is in rpm (and it is according to cia402 standard), LSP and HSP is in Hz. When SMIL and SMAL is changed, LSP and HSP is changed automatically to corresponding values and vice versa.
