Issue:
PowerChute cannot be installed on 32-bit systems.

PowerChute Business Edition
PowerChute Serial Shutdown
PowerChute Network Shutdown

Environment:
All supported OS

Cause:

1. PowerChute Serial Shutdown is a 64-bit-only application.
2. PowerChute Business Edition v10.0 and above are 64-bit-only applications.
3. PowerChute Network Shutdown v4.3 and above are 64-bit-only applications.

Solution:
We no longer support 32-bit operating systems. To run PowerChute, upgrade the hardware to 64-bit.
