Resolution
The Fuzzy Logic library does not appear in the 'Types Library Browser' for Control Expert 14 even though it installs without any issues.

The reason this occurs is because the default installation path points to the 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Unity Pro\Libraries\Fuzzy Library'
folder.  Since it fails to find a Unity installation in the default path (C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Unity Pro), the install fails.

To resolve the issue,

• Open the 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Control Expert 14.0' folder.
• Create a folder with the name 'Libraries'
• Create a sub folder with the name 'Fuzzy Library' in the 'Libraries' folder.
• Change the default install path to 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Control Expert 14.0\Libraries\Fuzzy Library'.
