Resolution
Control Expert returns the error 'license management brick could not be loaded successfully' after installaing the MC80 hotfix,

This could occur if the MC80 hotfix was not correctly installed. During the installation, the 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Update 4
Redistributable Package (x86)gets installed. If the installation fails, the issue will occur.

To resolve the issue:

• Uninstall Control Expert.
• Reboot the PC.
• Run a registry cleaner.
• Install of Control Expert XL V14.1.
• Run Control Expert.
• Install 'New Ethernet Module Limitation Hot Fix'
• Run Control Expert.
• Installed MC80 Hotfix for Control Expert 14.1
