Is it possible to uninstal a HotFix in the software "Control-Expert"?

No it's not.
Whatever the version of Control-Expert, If a client need to uninstal one or many Hotfix in "Control-Expert" software, he must perform a complete uninstallation of "Control Expert", then réinstal it again with the expected HotFix.
