If you forget your password, proceed as indicated in the following procedures and contact Schneider Electric support.
Control Expert Application Password without File Encryption Option
The following procedure for resetting the application password is valid when file encryption option is disabled or for application file managed with Control Expert 15.0 or earlier versions.
