Issue: My ViewX client installed on the server does not recognize its license. At the same time, the database server recognizes the same license without an issue.

Solution: Please move the software license to the following directory

• C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA or
• C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\Geo SCADA

In addition, please enable the highlighted option in Configure Connections.
