"PLC reservation failed" error message when upgrade the firmware of my PLC using the EcoStruxure Automation Device Maintenance tool

Resolution:
The error is generated when there is an existing programming connection to the PLC and you try to connect to the PLC using the EcoStruxure Automation Device Maintenance tool. to clear the error, disconnect from the PLC with Control Expert/Unity Pro
