Can the BMENUA0100 get variables time stamped at the source ?
The new module BMENUA0100.2 can get time stamped variables at the source. It allows to manage Boolean data which is at source time stamped, with a resolution up to 1ms.
The sources accepted to provide such data are BMXERT modules, RIO (via BMECRA3210), internal Bool variables managed by the application, and data coming from external sources.

-  This requires to use EcoStruxure Control Expert V15.2 or later, with an M580 CPU firmware V 4.10 or later.
-  We must choose the BMENUA0100.2 in the hardware configuration of the project:

New device configuration

- The "Source timestamping "  option must be enabled in the NUA module configuration:

BMENUA0100.2 configuration

- The time stamping mode must be configured on "system" in the project setting and the "max events stored" must be different than 0 :

ECE Project setting

- The time stamping of variables should be correctly configured in the data editor ( "both edges" in this example) :
