This reference number R9F64420 is a 4P device (not 3P+N). The neutral pole connection is not marked on the device. All four poles are identical in this device.
It is a requirement set out in the IEC 60898 standard paragraph 8.1.2 that the switched neutral pole of four-pole circuit-breakers shall not close after and shall not open before the protected poles.
In 4P all the poles have fast closing and switch in the same time and it also complies with the Standard requirement (not close after - not open before).
So the neutral can be connected left or right.
