Issue: The UPS reports "Event Code 0xC3E1" alarm on the LCD.
Note: this may lead to additional alarms being reported e.g., Battery Module Not Connected, Battery Disconnected

Environment: UPS firmware version 03.1 or earlier
Resolution: This issue is addressed in UPS firmware version 03.2 Upgrade the UPS firmware to version 03.2 or later. Refer to FA170679 or FAQ000242942 for more information on how to update the UPS firmware.
