Solution
The Time of Use module is used to store and monitor up to 20 years of four seasonal rate schedules, with each season programmable with up to five rate schedules, including holidays, weekends, weekdays, and other times.

The Time of Use (TOU) wizard in the Setup Assistant allows the user to program the meter's time of use module, with the 'Start Year' text box determining the starting 20-year period.

By default, there is a file named holidays.cfg that includes different holiday sections with related labels referring to holiday dates for some countries, with a predefined limit on future dates. To extend future dates to more years, the file holidays.cfg which is located in the folder path C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\ION Setup, needs to be edited accordingly.

In this example, the holidays.cfg includes section named [Holiday7] with Label=Semana Morazanica (first Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of October in Honduras locally named Morazanic Week) has the dates for the start of the holiday that only go until 2033:

Default Holiday7

To extend the the date there are two options:

A) Changing the dates of the existing 23 dates.

B) Adding new dates.

In this example, option B is used to extend 2033 to 2035 where the Dates=23 needs to be updated to Dates=25 to match the number of dates added to the file (Date24=October-4-2034 and Date25=October-3-2035):

Modified Holiday7

After the file is changed, backup the holidays.cfg file to a safe location that is not in the same folder. Future upgrades to ION Setup will likely overwrite this file. If the only copy is in the folder, the changes will be lost. To view the changes made to the .cfg file, close and reopen ION Setup.
