Link150/EGX150 - How to remotely power cycle

Issue

During troubleshooting, there may be a need to power cycle a Link150 gateway remotely. Power cycling the gateway releases existing connections which can allow other software to communicate to the 7801 port for example, which only allows 1 connection at a time.

1. Log into the Link150 web page. Refer to https://www.se.com/us/en/faqs/FA299649/ for the default login information.

2. Navigate to the Settings tab > Communication > IP Network Services:

3. Check or uncheck the box to enable ION Pass Through, then click Apply Changes. The Link150 will reboot.

4. Refresh the page and log back into the Link150 web server.

5. Repeat the above steps to set the ION Pass Through back to its previous setting, which will reboot the Link150 again.
