What should I check if I can't change the mode on the XVR3 series ?

The possibilities are as follows:
- The mode setting may be incorrect.
Please check the rotary switch mode setting based on the instruction sheet.
- The rotary switch may be physically damaged.
The rotary switch will break if pressed too hard when changing modes.

Have a look at the pictures in attachment.

If the above does not resolve the issue, remove the product from the control device and check the product alone.
If it still does not work, the product may be broken.
