ETE - FAQ - Platform: What do I do if the EcoStruxure Transformer Expert does not function properly?

In the case of a non-functioning product, contact support.dts@se.com and we will assist through online troubleshooting.

If a fault is diagnosed, a replacement unit will be provided at no cost if there is an active subscription.
