Resolution:
The extra force required to turn the circuit breaker ON, as compared to the force required to turn the circuit breaker OFF, is normal. The operating handle of the QOM2 main circuit breaker requires 24 lbs of force to turn ON, 7 lbs of force to turn OFF, and 10 lbs of force to RESET.
