Use the record drawings to verify the equipment type, system voltage, and equipment short circuit rating. Another option would be to verify existing circuit breaker catalog numbers, voltage ratings, and short circuit ratings Another option is to get the system voltage rating and AIC from the labels on the equipment. Which will list the system voltage on the equipment nameplate and should list the short circuit rating behind a cover. Otherwise, turn to drawings in the Windchill or ODM+ tools to find theequipment details.

The Nema 1 and Nema 3R enclosures are no longer provided with Welded seams, they are bolted together with the Nema 3R enclosure getting sealed with Silicone for water tightness.

The part number is a 80106-137-00. Picture attached.

The Q1150AN is for use on NQ and NF panel boards. The Q1 is a slightly different lug that mounts on top of a plate and the plate is what mounts to the neutral.
The LK150AN is for use on QO and Homeline load centers. The LK is a straddle-type lug.

The Stainless Steel enclosures for the I-Line panelboards are #3 polish. They are not painted.
This includes theNQ and NF Stainless Steel enclosures too.

The N3R or MH-WP enclosures for the NF and the NQ panels, are available in 8" and 12" deep enclosures unless the standard panel is already 9" deep due to a high ampere rating or main breaker.
To obtain pricing refer to the 176 pricing guide for the price adder, in product selectors select special pricing to add the price and add the description of 8" or 12" deep enclosure depending on which one is required.

No, this is not recommended.Box extensions do not contain box studs so there is nothing to attach themounting rails that come with the sub/feed thru lug kits.

In the case of the 400A and largerinteriors, the longer box also means a longer vented trim. This wouldmove the vents on the trim down an additional 6 inches which allows the thru feed lugs to clear the trim vents. Adding a box extension does not move the trim vents away from the lugs and that results in the lugs being too close to the vents and arcing can occur.

Gathering the necessary information for an installation involving existing equipment can be challenging on occasion.

No, Series Ratings only apply to Square D breakers or fuses that have been tested and approved.

No. NEMA 3R panels are surface mounted only.Square D does not offer a NEMA 3R panels or enclosures for a flush mounted application.

Installing, operating and maintenance

Space is not restricted from Schneider or Schneider products. It is the customer responsibility to ensure that the 6 disconnect rule is not violated.

For NQOD and NF, the mounting studs are installed in the box as part of the manufacturing process (pierce form) and are not replaceable. I-line and QMB box studs are installed from the back and are held with keeper nuts. I-Line and QMB box studs are replaceable.

No additional retrofit neutral bars are available for NQ or NF type panels. The panel is designed to have as many neutrals as necessary for the number of branch circuits available.

No. We can not recommend a back entry since all panelsare designed and tested for top or bottom entry only.As a result, we do not have any back mountingdimensions or information to provide.
If customer decided to do aback entry, they will need to determine their own entrypoints and it will be between the customer and localinspector as to acceptability.

A maximum of (1) one branch device over 110A may be installed on 400/600A panelboards in non-vented applications (NEMA 3R, 12, 4, 4X, etc.)

Since the Speed-D is a Standard Utility Switchboard Section, it CANNOT be modified without approval from the utility inspector/jurisdiction, as well as the Schneider Electric Services Team or UL inspector to maintain its UL listing. Any modification made without the approval of these authorities would compromise the UL listing and Schneider Electric´s warranty.
