Is the connection from the main breaker to the bus in an NQ panelboard cable or bus?

The connection from QBL, QDL, QGL and QJL main breakers is a cable connection since the lugs on the Q frame are not removeable.Powerpact H frame, Powerpact J frame and all L frame main breakers are bus connected. On factory assembled panels only.
