Yes, order part number 80106-507-01 and this will have to be ordered per foot. (so customer will need to specify total feet required when ordering, and order must be placed on the Peru Plant).
This goes on the back of the door so a trim with door is required. For a Nema 12 rating use a MH**WP box.
