Environment
ION Setup

Cause
User would like to:

• clear all the accumulated energy values and custom device quantities
• clear meter logged data, events, and waveform logs
• clear COMTRADE waveform records from FTP site

Resolution
In order to perform a master reset on the PM8000 follow steps or video below:

1. Open ION Setup
2. Connect to the PM8000 meter
3. Select Setup Assistant
4. Select Verification
5. Select Normal Mode or Display as shown below

6. Select Master Reset
