Issue:
On boot up, an alarm, "NIC SW Mismatch", appears on the relay's display

Cause:
This alarm appears when a new network card is placed into the Micom without the appropriate firmware being loaded first.

Resolution:
Contact Micom Support to request the appropriate firmware to load into the relay. Please have the full Micom part number and software version before calling.
