Resolution:
Go into I-0- menu.
Set TCC to 2C.
Set TCT to LEL.
Go into SET- menu.
Set LSP to value desired in hz. For example, 60 hz is full speed.
Once programming is complete and drive powered down apply jumper to LI1 and +24V for run command.
Note: Drive will run motor as soon as power is applied to the drive with this configuration.
