What is the part number for the OSHPD sticker for NQ or NF panelboards?

Please contact your local distributor to contact the local sales office. The local sales office will send the customer request (CR) to the Peru plant. Please provide theQ2C or FO#, Name, Company and Mailing address. The plant will mail the label or sticker to that address.
