Does Schneider Electric fabricate and test panelboards according to IEEE 344 to withstand seismic forces as a standard?

No we do not certify to IEEE-344. That is a nuclear power plant seismic standard. We only certify to the Building Code standards (IBC, CBC, NBCC, ASCE 7).
