There is a need to use Control Expert V14 or V15 on a Windows 10 platform.

Resolution
V14.x and V15.x of Control Expert are supported on both Windows 10 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems. V16.x is only supported on 64-bit versions of WIN 10.
If working with M580 products and or DTMs, 64-bit Windows is mandatory for all version of ECE.

Version 16.2 supports the following;

• Microsoft Windows 10, 64-bit, version 22H2 or greater
• Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021, version 21H2
• Microsoft Windows 11, 64-bit, version 21H2 or greater
• Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Standard, version 1809
• Microsoft Windows Server 2022, version 21H2 or greater
