I uninstalled SoMachine 4.x and Machine Expert 1.1, why do I keep receiving an incompatible error message when installing Vijeo Designer SP9?
After uninstalling SoMachine and Machine Expert make sure to delete this registry keys if they exist:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Schneider Electric\SoMachine Software
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Schneider Electric\Machine Expert Installer
Then reinstall Vijeo Designer 6.2 and apply SP9 as administrator.
Note: SP9 and older is compatible with EcoStruxure Machine Expert 1.2 and up.
