Primary PME Server

Resolution

Engineering clients require several settings to be configured in order to communicate with the primary PME server and SQL database.

The base PME license includes 1 Engineering client license for the primary server, additional licenses are required for additional clients
A standalone server or an application server must be installed before installing an Engineering client.
Engineering Clients require that the Power Monitoring Expert folder on the PME server is shared with full read and write permissions. File and Printer Sharing must be enabled.
