Resolution:
See attached the procedure to update the firmware version. You can use the LV485500 Service interface kit for a direct connection to the circuit breaker or the ULP module, or upgrade the firmware remotely.
The EcoStruxure Power Commission Software is the only method to upgrade the firmware version of these devices. Cick here to download the latest version of the software.
