Can one potentiometer be used to operate multiple Altivar drives at slightly different speeds?
Issue:
Can one potentiometer be used with multiple drives at different speeds? Some motors need to always run at lower speeds than other motors.

Yes.
Connect the potentiometer to one of the drives using the +10, COM and AI1 terminals.
Interconnect the COM and AI1 terminals of the drives so that each drive gets the same 0-10 Vdc reference.
The low speed (LSP) and high speed (HSP) settings of each drive can be set independently to define the 0-10V speed range.
For the ATV212 drive, +10 = PP, COM = CC, AI1 = VIA/VIB, LSP = LL, HSP = UL
