Product Line
Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) Enabled APC Products excluding most NetBotz products (except NetBotz 200/250).

Environment

• All serial numbers
• All firmware versions

Cause
For SNMP connectivity and Object Identifiers (OIDs), the APC PowerNet MIB file is required. Please see below.

Resolution
The APC PowerNet reference guide for all supported products can be downloaded from the main APC website, by searching for "Powernet"

The PowerNet MIB supports all APC network-enabled devices except Netbotz. NetBotz has a dedicated SNMP MIB (excluding NetBotz 200/250).

Please note that as of v5.1.7 and higher, the sumx and sy applications also have support for the RFC1628 Generic UPS MIB.
