Not able to configure Native serial shutdown on Microsoft Windows OS.

Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 Windows server 2008, 2010, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025
Cause:
Microsoft has removed the serial UPS support from its operating systems.
Solution:
For Smart-UPS switch connection type and use USB or install PowerChute Business Edition.
For Back-UPS switch connection type and use USB.
