Windows XP - How to find your computers comm ports for firmware update

Customer needs to find computer comm ports for firmware update.

WINDOWS XP Display Interface
- Click the START in the lower left corner
- Go to Settings
- Click on Control Panel
- Open the System folder
- Click Hardware in the tabs then click the Device Manager toward the middle
- Click the [+] next to Ports and look for USB to Serial Cable
Note: Another way is to find My Computer on your desktop and right click. Open Manage and look for Device Manager on the left side then Device Manager. See picture below.
