Can I automatically backup my Alarm Summary page in Vijeo Designer?
Yes. In Vijeo-Designer, the alarm information (from all 3 types of alarm databases: Active, History and Log) can be backed up to the SRAM so that it is not lost when a power outage occurs. To do this, click "Alarms" in the Navigator and set the "Backup Alarm Group" property to "Yes".
When Backup Alarm Group = Yes in the Alarms node properties, the Num Of History Alarms and Num Of Log Alarms in the alarm group properties, plus the number of variable alarms, define how many alarms are backed up to SRAM.
Backup Alarms = History + Log + Active
