Resolution
The following applies to exec fimrware version 4.xx and higher of the 'TSXETY4103' and 'TSXETY5103':

The ETY4103/ETY5103 has a limit ot 64 connections.
The connections can be a combination of both client and server. (i.e., 16 clients and 48 server, etc.) .
16 of the connections are dedicated for the client.
There is a limit of 64 connections regardless of the type of connections (i.e., HTTP, TCP, etc.).
When counting client connections, consideration must also be given for other client connections

(i.e., XWAY, etc.). These will also be counted against the 64 connections.

There can be up to 64 connections open but, only 16 simultaneous client connections can be running

at any time. If there are no clients, there can be up to 63 server connections opened because 1
connection will be reserved for listening.
