In a Quantum RIO Network, using 140CRP93100 module, PV<08 with 140CRA93X00 modules with PV=09 and DOM<1102 is causing an increase of the RIO Communication Error .

Goals and Symptoms
In a Quantum RIO Network, using 140CRP93100 module, PV<08 (non RoHS design) with 140CRA93X00 modules, PV>=09 (RoHS design), is causing an increase of the RIO Communication Error counters (global communication error words: %SW542 to %SW544, and status of the decentralized stations: %SW548 to %SW640).
Facts and Changes
Cause :
Root cause of the issue is a bad synchronization (in reception) of one component mounted on 140CRA93X00 RoHS PRODUCTS when non RoHS 140CRP93100 is sending some initializing frames.
Only 140CRP93100 non RoHS product can send this kind of frames.
Causes and Fixes

or upgrade the FW of the 140CRP93100 PV<08 using the following attached file :Qcrpv201.bin
Caution: Qcrpv201.bin file is:
- only for a workaround, this will not be delivered in a product from =S=. So this will not delivered in Planet .
- doesn't work with S800 series .
Fix:
So far the fix is included in the produced versions of the 140CRA93100 and 140CRA93200 with the following tracability indexes:
PV >= 9
SV >= 2.0
RL >= 01 (printed on the top of the housing)
DOM >= 1102.

As soon as a new module will be implemented in a PLC configuration, please refer to this excel file to see if the compatibilty is supported, in case of problem contact the support with a description of the problem and the list of the PV and SV of the modules .
