Your OPC Client dispays a STRING (Unity Pro Data type) like an OPC data type, array of bytes.
When you add the suffix ,c to a STRING item on your OPC Client then it will be read in the form of a string characters.
Instead of AliasPLC!ItemString you write AliasPLC!ItemString,c
