How to modify External Numeric, Boolean or Pulse values in ION Setup?

Issue:
In an ION Meter, is may be necessary to modify the output registers of External Numeric, Boolean or Pulse registers.

The attached document explains how to use the ION Setup software to modify the outputs registers.
