What is the Communication Port configuration on an ION 8600A meter with the C1 Comms option?

On an ION 8600A with the C1 communication option, the ports will be configured as:
Com1: RS 232/485 (selectable)
Com2: Modem
Com3: IR
Com4: RS 485
Network: Ethernet

Please note that, if the meter is RMICAN sealed, then the COM4 is going to be blank.
